One of the really fun things about shooting cat shows is learning about breeds that I’m not very familiar with. I’ve been shooting a number of cats recently from the Kokopellies cattery and learned that Siberian Cats can have 3 different coat layers in the winter. You can see that in this particular photo of their young female named Alexandra. Take a look at the long “outer hairs” on her chest and legs. I also just love her “mane”.
